Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation within 72 hours of obtaining your results, along with proof of rejection from the selected university or college or a screenshot of UCAS confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 72 hours of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel the booking by writing an email within 7 days of cooling-off period before or after 1st August. After cooling-off period ends, the advance rent will be refunded with a deducted amount of £50 as a cancellation and administrative fee. In. If you have received booking confirmation, and not collected key(s), you can cancel your booking by sending us email up to 24 hours.
