Payment Info

The listed prices are per person, per week.
The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
Rent needs to be paid on a fortnightly basis.
Booking can be done securely after paying a booking deposit worth 4 weeks of the rent. This amount will be credited to the first rent payment cycle.
A bond equivalent to four weeks of the rent is also required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking.

No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused.

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your accommodation booking before arrival with a full refund under the "No Visa, No Offer – No Pay!" policy by submitting valid proof at least 30 days prior to your start date. After signing the tenancy agreement, cancellations are subject to a fee of 1–4 weeks' rent. Special circumstances like visa refusal or government-imposed travel restrictions may also qualify for cancellation if proper documentation is provided on time.
