    2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

    3. Rent can be paid via debit/credit card. Fortnightly rent can be paid via direct debit, payment in full can be done with a credit or debit card via the Student Portal.

    4. A bond equal to 4 weeks' rent + 2 weeks' advance rent must be paid to secure a booking. For short stays a A$100 admin fee has to be paid to secure booking. .
