The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can either be paid on a monthly basis or as a lump sum for the upcoming semester/full year through direct debit.
A non-refundable administration fee worth A$147 per room is required at the time of booking.
A Facility fee worth A$78 per semester, per person, or A$161 for an annual year contract per person is required prior to the commencement of each semester/annual contract.
An Activity fee worth A$127 per semester, per person, or A$264 for an annual year contract per person is required prior to the commencement of each semester/annual contract.
Prior to the commencement of the tenancy, it is mandatory to settle a Departure fee of A$158 per room.
Also, a security deposit worth four weeks of the residence fee, per room is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel the booking by writing an email 14 days prior starting of your tenancy agreement. You will not be entitled to a refundable deposit after this period.
