Rent can be paid on a monthly basis via the direct debit.
A non-refundable administration fee worth A$147 per room is required at the time of booking.
A Facility fee worth A$80 per semester, per person, or A$161 for an annual year contract per person is required prior to the commencement of each semester/annual contract.
An Activity fee worth A$132 per semester, per person, or A$264 for an annual year contract per person is required prior to the commencement of each semester/annual contract.
Prior to the commencement of the tenancy, it is mandatory to settle a Departure fee of A$158 per room.
Also, a security deposit worth four weeks of the residence fee, per room is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up until 14 days prior to the contract start date. However, the Administration Fee and a one-week cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance of any payments will be refunded to you.
