Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
  2. Payments can be paid online through direct debit.
  3. Rent can be in a lump sum payment for the upcoming semester or year. 
  4. The Activity Fee of $112 per semester is required to cover all your weekly activities 
  5. An administration fee of $133.00 at the time of booking is required. 
  6. You need to pay a Facility fee of $145.00 (annual contract) and an Activity fee of $ 240.00 (annual contract).
  7. A Departure Clean Fee of $120 per room is to be paid upfront.
  8. If you are a non-Curtin student, you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent.
