Payment Info

1. The prices listed are per person, per month.

2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers.

3. An advance payment worth one month’s rent is required at the time of booking.

4. A security deposit worth 800€ is also required at the time of booking.

5. A guarantor is required to secure a booking. However, in the absence of a guarantor, 3 months upfront rent is required for a minimum tenancy of 6 months and, 6 months upfront rent is required for a minimum tenancy of 12 months.
