3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 installments with a UK guarantor. You will need to make your first installment 10 days in advance, then in January and April.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - There is no cooling-off period for this property. Once you have signed the tenancy agreement you will have no right to cancel the contract and shall be liable to pay the full rent and any related fees relating to the accommodation for the duration of the tenancy.
