Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to prospective students. Proof should be submitted within 3 working days from the date your results are published.
2. Second-year and subsequent year students will have a short period after signing the tenancy agreement which you may cancel without liability.
3. If you sign or accept the tenancy agreement on or before 1st August, you can cancel the booking within 3 working days of signing and before you move into your accommodation.
4. If you sign or accept the tenancy agreement after 1st August, you can cancel the booking within 1 working day of signing and before you move into your accommodation.
