A.Most properties will have an on-site laundry room. However, students are expected to keep their rooms clean. At most properties, the communal areas are looked after by maintenance staff at regular intervals.

A.Students are expected to bring their own kitchen utensils, bedding, and bathroom essentials. If that’s too much, our value-added service partners will deliver all these and more to your accommodation in the UK even before you move in!

A.We try our best to find you an accommodation that ticks all boxes. But if you still don’t like your accommodation, we will try to replace your room for a nominal one-time fee.
