2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments with a guarantor. A monthly payment option is available to students who can demonstrate they receive a monthly bursary.
3. The listed prices are per person, per week.
4. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted.
2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter.
3. If the booking is made until the end of 31st July, you can cancel the booking within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement.
