1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a Guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay - If you are not sure of your student visa then provide relevant proof of the same emailed to the Abodus within 72-hours. 3. 7 days cooling off period before commencement of the period of the License, the agreement can be cancelled. 4. In a situation where you want to be released from the agreement, then you can do so after finding a suitable replacement is found to take over your Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
