2. The rent may be paid online through debit, credit card or direct bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 1, 2 or 4 installments, with a UK based or international guarantor.

4. An advance rent of £250 is required in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 7 days of signing the contract and paying the deposit unless you have already collected the key. Provided the request is submitted in writing and received within this cooling-off period. However, cancellations are not permitted if the tenancy start date has already passed, even if the request falls within 7 days.
