2. Booking can be done securely via the website online portal.

3. Rent can be paid in monthly installments, but in order to reserve the room, once need to pay £250 for secure the room.

4. There is no booking fee, but the aforementioned security deposit must be paid.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – You can cancel the booking if you are not able to get into your University of choice. Documents supporting this will need to be given to us. 2. No Visa No Pay - You can cancel booking if you do not get the Visa approved. Documents supporting this will need to be given to us. 3. Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking for up to 7 days after the date we confirm your booking is complete via email.If you cancel within the 7 Day Cooling-Off Period,we will refund your deposit payment in full within 10 working days.
