Those who attend the University of Sunderland City Campus will be glad to know that it takes 10-minutes to reach on foot. Also, the University of Sunderland, Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s takes 20-minutes to reach by bus.

Situated in a prominent location, there is easy access to public transport. The nearest bus station is Millfield Metro, which is just a 2-minutes’ walk away from the residence. A minute’s walk will take you to the nearest tram station, Millfield so you can explore the city in your spare time. When you want to travel to the nearby cities, the nearest train station, Sunderland, is a 17-minutes’ walk away from the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking within 7 calendar days after signing your AST if your booking was made before 1st August. If you booked on or after 1st August for tenancies starting up to 30th September, you have 24 hours after signing your AST to cancel. If your booking is made within 7 days (or 24 hours if after 1st August), you may cancel without penalty up until the day before your tenancy start date. To request a cancellation, you can email or contact your Accommodation Team directly. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, we may retain part or all of your deposit.
