Those who attend the University of Sunderland City Campus will be glad to know that it takes 10-minutes to reach on foot. Also, the University of Sunderland, Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s takes 20-minutes to reach by bus.

Situated in a prominent location, there is easy access to public transport. The nearest bus station is Millfield Metro, which is just a 2-minutes’ walk away from the residence. A minute’s walk will take you to the nearest tram station, Millfield so you can explore the city in your spare time. When you want to travel to the nearby cities, the nearest train station, Sunderland, is a 17-minutes’ walk away from the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days after signing your AST if booking prior to 1st August. After this, you have 24 hours to cancel your booking after signing your AST up to 30th September.
