Every year Northumbria University stands witness to massive enrollments in its courses and it is quite challenging to secure on-campus student hall or campus accommodation. Students who don’t want to live in the student halls can visit University Living website to process a secure and safe student housing option referred to as purpose-built student accommodations(PBSAs). These private accommodations are located at a commutable distance from the university campus therefore drastically cutting down on both commute time and expenses.
There are a wide variety of student room options available for students, one can choose to stay in a fully-furnished shared and private rooms, studios, and student apartments that are easy on the pocket without compromising on comfort. They also come with a plethora of modern facilities like fully-functional gyms, coin-operated washer and dryers, games room, living room to socialize, private study spaces, bike storage, and plenty more! They also offer a fully-equipped kitchen where students can prepare their meals and cherish them in the company of other flatmates.
One of the most important aspects to consider when you are opting for student home is its location. Most of these PBSAs are located either at a walking or cycling distance from the city’s higher education institutions. They are located in student-friendly suburbs which offer a comfortable living environment. They are also in close proximity to the city centre which hosts a wide range of bars, pubs, cafes, clubs, and shops. The famous River Tyne splits the city into two halves, with many cultural attractions, including galleries, museums, nightlife and shopping, giving students something to see and do.
