The listed prices are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
A compulsory cleaning fee of AUS$80 applies for Twin/Dorm rooms, and AUS$130 for Single rooms.
A heating fee of either AUS$10/week or AUS$15/week is required, depending on usage.
An optional airport pickup service is available for AUS$120.
A bond payment equal to four weeks' rent is required to confirm the booking.
A one-time bedding fee of AUS$60 is required for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking by sending us an email. If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, a non-refundable cancellation fee will apply, but the bond, cleaning fee, and rent will be refunded. For cancellations between 1-14 days, a non-refundable fee of 2 weeks' rent will apply, with the bond and cleaning fee refunded. If you terminate after the agreement starts, you'll be charged 2 weeks' rent, cleaning, advertising costs, and other sundry charges, with a minimum of 14 days' written notice required.
