Payment Info

  2. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth $1000 CAD which will be split amongst students as per the occupancy.
  3. Rent can be paid via e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, etc. 
  4. Those who require parking usually have to pay $12 - $15/day plus taxes.
  5. No application fee is required.
