Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per month.
  2. Rent can be paid using Pre-Authorized Debit, cheques, postdated cheques, money orders, and certified cheques.
  3. Rents are due by the 1st of each month.
  4. Full payment for the last month's rent upon submission of application for lease and full payment for the first month's rent on or prior to the first day, at lease signing.
  5. A specific booking fee will be required.
