Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are for per person, per month.
  2. To secure a booking, the last month's rent must be paid on submission of the application and the first month's rent must be paid on or prior to the first day of the lease signing.
  3. Rent is due by the 1st of each month via bank transfer, credit or debit card.
  4. An additional monthly fee of $80 will be charged for parking.
