2. Rent can be paid via e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, etc. 

3. Booking can be done securely after paying a one-time booking fee worth £100.

4. Students who do not have a guarantor will be required to pay a security deposit worth four months' rent. On the other hand, students who have a guarantor are only required to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent when making a booking.

5. The monthly cost for utilities & bills is $100 CAD per student, based on standard usage. Students will be invoiced for any usage that exceeds the standard limit.

6. Also, a cleaning fee worth $25 CAD per person, per month and a tenant insurance premium worth $25 CAD per person, per month are required.
