Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 14 days of signing the contract and paying the deposit, provided the request is submitted in writing and received within this cooling-off period. However, cancellations are not permitted if the tenancy start date has already passed, even if the request falls within the 14-day period.
