No Place, No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation anytime before the day your contract commences, along with the written evidence of your university rejection confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 5 days before your contract starts, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 48-hours of signing the contract. However, you shouldn’t have accepted the tenancy agreement.
