The University of Brighton, Moulsecoomb Campus, takes 14-minutes to reach on foot which is perfect since the students will end up saving time on commute. During their spare time, students can grab a book from the Moulescoomb Library or take up some boxing lessons at Moulsecoomb Boxing Club.

Being centrally located, the accommodation has excellent transport links, with the nearest bus stop right around the corner. London Road Brighton Station is the nearest train station which is a 14-minutes’ walk away. So, when you need to visit the nearby cities, you can just take the train from there. If you need to stock up on your groceries, head to the nearest Sainsbury’s which is hardly a minute’s walk away.

The accommodation offers fully-furnished studios, making it ideal for those who enjoy independent living spaces. After a hectic day at the university, hop in the shower and then begin working on your assignments. When you need a change of space while studying, make use of the spacious study room, and tune out the other sounds. When you need a break from your studies, you can spend time with the others in the common room and watch the latest movies on the TV.

The accommodation also organises various events that allow the students to interact with the others. So even if you have no other plans, you will have something to do. When you need assistance with car and taxi rentals or need directions to any place, you can always ask the concierge for help. Take a stroll in William Clarke Park when you need some alone time and just take in the beauty of the city.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 working days of accepting your agreement, provided that you have not collected the keys. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2024, your cooling-off period will be reduced to 48 hours.
