Booking can be done securely after having paid a certain amount as security deposit - for those paying the advance in full will need to pay a deposit equivalent to £250 and for those paying in installments will be paying a deposit equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent.
Rent can be paid in full or in installments.
A one time non-refundable booking fee worth £25 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. For homestays, the cooling-off period is less than 1 week prior to arrival.
