University of Huddersfield

The room it self is very good, the staff in the building are very kind and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this accommodation. The only thing would be the company university living helped me find my accommodation, they also helped my sister. My room is much different from what the guy shown me it would look like. Another thing, my sister specified to him specifically what room she would like, she wanted a window she can open, and for the bed to not be facing the kitchen, he sent her a video of a room, she was happy enough with it, it had a large window she could open and the bed was not facing the kitchen. It was very pricy but as it was checking all her boxes, she decided she didn’t mind paying the price. We arrive… her accommodation room is a disaster, it looks like it was done on purpose to not satisfy her, she has a window looking out into a white wall that doesn’t even open!!! With a kitchen ? The window doesn’t open… and the bed is facing the kitchen… lost for words.
