    Originally the Huddersfield Scientific and Mechanic Institute, the University of Huddersfield can trace back its root to 1825. It is a founding member of the Northern Consortium and also a part of the Yorkshire Universities. It has been a university since 1992 with a single campus located just outside the city in the north of England. Today, there are more than 24,000 students enrolled at the university as it continues to emphasise professional experience alongside academic study.     The main campus of the university is located at Queensgate, South-East of Huddersfield town centre. Huddersfield is an ancient market town in West Yorkshire just 16.6 km south of Bradford, the closest city.     We try our best to find accommodation that meets all your needs. If you still don’t like your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to replace your room within 30 days for a one-time fee of £250.

    Do I have to vacate my room during holidays?
    Never. Your room belongs to you for the entirety of your tenancy period!
