The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid either in four instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.
Rent can be paid via bank transfers only.
A security deposit worth £400 is required at the time of booking.
Dual occupancy can be availed at an extra supplement fee of 20%.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of booking the accommodation.
