1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
2. The rent may be paid via direct debit/credit or via bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK Guarantor.
4. A security deposit of £200 must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish evidence within 48 hours of your results being published along with your cancellation request email. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with confirmation of your VISA rejection and also confirmation of failure to gain University place and no penalty will be charged.
