Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 2 or 4 instalments with UK based or international guarantor. If guarantor is not provided, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your accommodation booking within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee and you have not collected your keys. Your Booking Fee (if you have paid a Booking Fee) will be retained as a cancellation fee.
