- The prices listed are per person, per week.
- Rent can be paid via debit cards or credit cards like VISA, Mastercard or Amex.
- Rent can be paid on a fortnightly basis in advance.
- Booking can be done securely after paying a holding deposit worth one week’s rent. This will be applied to the first rent payment once your booking is confirmed, and you move in.
- A bond worth four weeks of rent is required at the time of signing the contract.
Cancellation Policy
No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. No Offer No Pay Policy- You can cancel your booking without penalty under the No Offer No Pay policy if your university application is declined or you are unable to secure an Australian visa. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- If you haven’t signed your Residential Agreement yet, you may cancel your booking for a full refund under specific conditions, such as visa refusal or course denial (with supporting documents). Once the Agreement is signed, cancellation typically requires a 4-week termination fee unless you qualify for the “No Visa, No Offer, No Pay” policy, which must be requested at least 21 days before your lease starts. If you’re facing visa or admission delays, you can also request a deferral until Semester 1, 2026 or start the lease early and have your room held.
