Payment Info

  1. The prices are listed per person, per week.  

  2. The rent can be paid via Credit card, Debit card and Bank transfers.  

  3. A Holding Deposit worth £250 is required for booking.  

  4. The rent can be paid in three instalments with a UK guarantor. No UK guarantor is required for payment in full upfront. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place, No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation before 22nd August 2025 with your results, along with proof of rejection from the selected university or college or a screenshot of UCAS confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. 2. No Visa, No Pay – Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking within 3 days of receiving your rejection letter. You must provide evidence of your rejection letter from the embassy or Visa office, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Policy/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of submitting your online booking. However, you should not have accepted the tenancy agreement. Our team will confirm cancellation and refund your advance rent payment worth £250 with any extra charges.
