Payment Info

1. The prices listed are per person, per week.

2. Booking can be done securely via Recurring Card, Direct Debit or Bank Transfer. Cash and Cheques are not accepted.

3. Rent can be paid in 4 instalments if you provide a qualified UK Guarantor, but if you do not, you will have to pay rent upfront in full at the time of booking.

4. A holding deposit worth £150 is required at the time of booking which will convert into a refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 calendar days after receiving the original Accommodation Offer.
