Rent can be paid via direct debit, credit cards or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in four instalments with a UK guarantor. In the absence of a UK guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full.
An advance rent of £200 is required at the time of booking which will be applied towards the first rent payment cycle.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 72 hours of refusal for your Visa application, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel the booking by writing an email within 5 days of cooling-off period prior to your tenancy agreement. Else, you can provide replacement tenant too, for agreement transfer.
