The nearest bus station is Elderslie Street and Granville Street which are hardly a minute’s walk away from the accommodation. The nearest railway station is Glasgow Central Station which is a 12-minutes’ walk away, making it easy to travel in and around the city. All the money you save
on commute, you can spend on a food tour, and on a fun nightlife at Cubatas | Tapas Bar & Restaurant or at Sichuan House, which takes 5-minutes to reach on foot. Apart from excellent transport links, the accommodation also offers great amenities like outdoor courtyard, bike storage, night concierge, and others.

Cancellation Policy

    1. Once you have paid your Advance Rent and have been allocated a room, if you cancel, then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable. 2. If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will have to carry out the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee can be found in case you want to cancel the booking. In such cases you will have to pay a re-license fee. 3. For properties in England, a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 has to be paid which will not be refunded even if you cancel booking. 4. For properties in Scotland, if you have paid the holding deposit and decide to cancel booking after that, you will be entitled to a full refund of the same. 5. If you cancel after booking a room for the next consecutive year, your deposit amount will be withheld.
