Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers.
  3. Rent can be paid either in full or in 2 installments (1st installment 65% of the rent and 2nd installment 35% of the rent) without a UK guarantor.
  4. For those willing to pay the rent in 3 or more installments will require a UK guarantor. 
  5. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth £250. 

Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You cannot cancel your booking once you have accepted the tenancy agreement. Cancellation during the tenancy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. 2. Once the tenancy has been completed and there have been no damages, the deposit will be refunded.
