The University of Aberdeen is located at 20-minutes’ walk away and Robert Gordon University is a just a bus ride away from the accommodation, making it an easy commute to your classes without having to worry about navigating your way through an unknown city.

The area reduces your travel time, with the nearest bus stop within 3 minutes of the property. It is also within walking distance of the city centre where you can spend your time after you are back from a tiring day of lectures. Take some time out for yourself and explore the city- there is a lot to do here, from revisiting history in the castles to just letting your hair down at Beach Esplanade.

The selection of studios offered at The Combworks are designed to give a modern yet contemporary feel to the students who reside there. Each room is furnished with a comfortable bed, desk and chair that make for a private study area so that you can go through your notes in peace or take a break when you’re tired.

Your apartment also has comfortable communal seating areas for when you want to invite friends over. The rooms also have fully-fitted kitchen where you can experiment with your food and host friends for the perfect dinner night. Even if you are sick and can’t muster the courage to cook something for yourself, you can just order takeaway from one of the several restaurants around you.

Submit your request to cancel with evidence within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period if you sign your agreement before 31st May 2021. 4. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you can cancel your September 2021 booking before 31st May without penalty.
