Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college or CAO within seven working days of confirmation that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – Initially, there is no cooling-off period, you can cancel your booking by sending us in writing. A notice must be submitted in writing to either our accommodation team on site or you can contact us. The notice period will take effect upon the date that the notice is received. This notice must state the date on which the tenancy is to end. A different notice can be agreed but you must obtain written consent from our team for this. Should no notice be provided then you will remain liable for the rent for a period of 28 days after it is found that you have vacated.
