No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence of Visa refusal documentation to the Residents’ Team within 72 hours of being notified. Once we receive this, we will confirm receipt of your request to cancel and refund your full Advance Rent. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period: The booking can be canceled once it has been countersigned; within the 72-hour "cooling off" period, the tenant may cancel the booking if they have not moved into the property.
