    1. No Place No Pay. Proof should be submitted that you fail to get the results to attend the City and University you selected. 2. No Visa No Pay. Proof should be submitted after receiving the visa application rejection letter. 3. You choose to move to another university/city where we are yet to have true student accommodation. 4. 14-days Cooling-Off period.
