Payment Info

1. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments without any guarantor.

2. An advance payment of 2 weeks’ rent is required to secure a booking.

3. The listed prices are per person, per week.

4. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

A Deposit of £250 is required for flexible tenancy to secure a room.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 5 days from the date of booking, for bookings made until 28th May 2023, and 48 hours for bookings made on or after 28th May 2023.
