Whether bills are included in the rent or not totally depends on the property you choose, but most of our student properties in Melbourne have bills included, so there are no worries to pay anything additional. The bills include Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, and other facilities such as a fitness centre, games room, laundry, and other communal spaces.
