What are the different types of student rooms in Perth?

The major room types are: Sharing: This is where 2 or more students share a single room, washroom, kitchen, and other communal spaces. We try our best to find accommodation that meets all your needs. If you still don’t like your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to replace your room within 30 days for a one-time fee of £250.
