Payment Info

1. Prices listed are per person, per week.

2. Booking can be done online through secure website.

3. 2 weeks advance rent must be paid to secure the room which will be later deducted from the main amount.

4. If you cancel within 5 days from the day of booking then no cancellation fee will be charged and advance payment will be fully refunded.

5. No visa, no stay.

6. Payment can be done annually or through 4 instalments in the months of June, October, January and April.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. 5-day Cooling-Off Period if accommodation is booked prior to 25th May 2021. After the 25th May 2021, the Cooling-Off Period becomes 48 hours.
