Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 7 days of booking by sending the cancelling request. The amount of £20 will be deducted in the case of an international bank transfer. Once the tenancy date has started, cancellation or surrender can be done if you find a replacement tenant who is approved by the landlord.
