4. A security deposit of £250 must be paid in advance to make a booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted within 3 calendar days of the results.
2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter from VISA authorities/embassy within 3 calendar days of the decision.
3. 7-Day Cooling-off Period which reduces to 24-hours only if booking is made on or after 1 August 2021.
