When you need to take a break from studying, sit back and relax in the lounge or visit the common room for a chat with the other residents.

The onsite maintenance staff is there to assist you with anything and will answer any questions you may have, whether big or small. The Classic Ensuite is a modern and stylish ensuite room that is fully furnished with the necessary furnishings as well as floor-to-ceiling windows to allow natural sunlight to brighten your room. This air-conditioned room has a ¾ sized bed, a mirror, storage space, a study area with a desk and chair, and an ensuite bathroom. There is a communal self-contained kitchen which is on a sharing basis consisting of a cooker, freezer/fridge, and microwave/oven where you can cook food along with your flatmates. You can view the communal TV in the common room to get a dose of entertainment or play in the games room and outdoor area. Access to the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and laundry room.

2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards and bank transfers only.

3. No security deposit is required to secure a booking.

4. Rent can be paid in 4 instalments with a UK guarantor and in full without a UK guarantor.

5. Further, instalment plans are only available for 52 - 42 week contracts and are subject to an additional charge of £10 per week.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 5 days from the moment of booking prior to 31st May. After this, the cooling-off period will be reduced to 48 hours.
