Apart from parking spaces and bike storage, there’s also a laundry room which is perfect for when it’s time to do your chores. When you need to take a break from studying, sit back and relax in the lounge or visit the common room for a chat with the other residents.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can either be paid in 3, 4 or 10 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place, No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation within seven days of obtaining your results from the selected university or college confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. 2. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 7 days of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – Initially there is no cooling off period. You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of the booking date. For cancellations after the initial cancellation period, you can either sub-let or pay full rent. However, you shouldn’t have accepted the tenancy agreement.
