Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 2 or 4 instalments with a Guarantor.

4. When paying in 4 instalments, the 1st is 10% due in Aug., the 2nd is 30% due in Oct., the 3rd is 40% due in Jan., and the remaining 20% is due in April.

5. No advance rent/security deposit is required to reserve the room.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only till 15th September. Proof should be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published. 2. No Visa No Pay valid until 15th September. Proof should be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the visa application rejection letter. 3. 7-days Cooling-Off period. 4.
