Yes, you can rest assured that the properties listed on the platform have been personally verified by the team or their representatives. There are also various safety measures in place, including CCTV, secure entry, and more.

Students are expected to keep their rooms clean while the communal areas are looked after by the housekeeping staff at regular intervals.
